Hi everyone. Although its the summer holidays we’ve been working on making some more improvements to Timeline (plus rich text editing – see a different post on that).

First we’ve added BC/AD functionality. That means timelines can now go as far back in time using BC dates as you need. All you need to do is select BC when you enter your date into the timeline.

Secondly we’ve enabled timelines to “grow” as events stack up on each other. If there isn’t enough space to add an event into the timeline you’re asked if you want to increase the height of the timeline or discard the event.

Lastly, we’ve made the timeline a little wider to make room for more events without scrolling.
