We’ve added a new feature which enables authors to set different levels of visibility to hotspots to Image Explorers.

You can now choose from Invisible, Low, Medium (default) and High – click on the Settings button to choose your Hotspot Display option.

This feature means that as an author you can decide how easy it is for users to find the information in your Image Explorer, you may want them to explore the image a lot!  When the Invisible option is chosen, the hotspot will appear when the mouse scrolls over it.

During authoring, the hotspots remain at the default level of visibility – you can check how they will appear for users by clicking on the “Preview” button.
